§ 6-59. Revocation of building permit.

The Building Official shall revoke any building permit if a materially false statement is contained in the application or plans for which the permit was issued, and shall also revoke the permit if work is undertaken contrary to the conditions of the building permit unless the unauthorized work is promptly corrected or, where appropriate, an agreement to meet the conditions of Section 6-59 are met within ten (10) working days of receipt on notification of violation.
