§ 5-18. Racing greyhounds, and others, exempt.

The vaccination and licensing provisions of this chapter shall not apply to greyhounds kept, maintained or brought into the City for the purpose of racing at licensed greyhound tracks, or to dogs used as part of entertainment acts when properly controlled, or when dogs remain in the City for a period of less than 30 days.
