§ 18-70. Violations of State and Federal laws and regulations deemed violations of this division.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of Fla. Stat. ch. 552 or any of the regulations of the State Fire Marshal promulgated thereunder, or The Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, 30 USC 1201 et seq. and its implementing code of Federal regulations, 30 CFR 715, 780 and 816 with regard to the blasting performance standards found in said Act and said CFR only, or 18 USC 40 and 27 CFR 55, or other Federal statutes and regulations referenced herein, shall be deemed to have violated the provisions of this division and may be prosecuted in the proper court.
