§ 102.31. Criteria for Approval.

  • A development agreement may only be considered for approval if it meets the following criteria:

    A.

    The development agreement meets all of the requirements of the Florida Local Government Development Agreement Act, Fla. Stat. §§ 163.3220—163.3243.

    B.

    The duration of the development agreement shall not exceed an initial period of five (5) years, unless otherwise approved by Council for a longer time period.

    C.

    The development agreement is consistent with the City comprehensive plan and the LDRs.

    D.

    The development agreement is signed by the developer prior to execution by the City.
