§ 102.63. Action by the Council.

A.

Public Hearing: The Council shall hold two (2) public hearings conforming to the requirements of Fla. Stat. § 166.041, to consider the proposed rezoning after receiving a recommendation from the PC.

B.

Action by Council: Following the public hearing, the Council may take one (1) of the following actions:

1.

Approve;

2.

Approve with conditions, where conditions may be attached to the proposed rezoning;

3.
