§ 3. Incorporation of municipality; corporate limits.

There is hereby created, effective November 30, 1999, in Monroe County, a new municipality to be known as the City of Marathon, which shall have a council-manager form of government. The corporate boundaries of the City of Marathon, hereinafter referred to as "the city," shall be as described in Section 10.
